Made birthday party reservations, the hosting service was horrible, staff made us feel like we were made of an inconvenience rather than a customer. On top of wrangling 3 lanes of kids, I had to hunt down the host ever time we needed food or refills. The party room was filthy, and the pizza was not $14 quality. Very disappointed, especially since I paid $177 for host service, would not recommend.
