BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE: I Developed the worst toothache of my life this weekend. I called multiple dentist's offices in the area and let them know the severity of my dental emergency only to be turned down over and over again. At 7:30 this morning I called Carterville Dental Center and gave the same spiel. The receptionist was able to set me up an appointment for 8am this morning! When I got to the dental center, it was a very busy day, but the staff was very attentive and gave me AMAZING service. I barely had to wait at all.They are so very friendly and helpful from reception to hygienists. Dr. Lee is no exception. He juggles his patients very well from what I could see, and was able to set me up with a plan to get my teeth taken care of this week. He is very informative, took my pain seriously (unlike many experiences I have had with health services here in So IL), and made a great first impression. So thankful for the experience I had today. I felt genuinely cared for which is exactly what I needed after such a terrible weekend.
Received wonderful care for a few years, but that suddenly changed one day when a hygienist refused to complete a routine cleaning. We were told that if we didn't agree to pay for hundreds of dollars of special treatments first, she wouldn't complete the cleaning. Another dentist's office did the regular cleaning & check-up immediately and recommended more gum treatments as a follow-up.
Dr. Lee is awesome he definitely knows what he's doing! I've had some very bad and painful experiences with other dentists but now I have found a permanent dentist. If you've had a bad experience in the past even if it was here with sharard I suggest you give Dr Lee a shot he's new and is definitely a very pleasant improvement not to mention very skilled and knowledgeable. Very Very good dentist!

I took my 8 year old son to be seen. He didn't need a cleaning just check a baby tooth that was discolored and needing to be pulled. I was told exam fee is $97.00 and I was fine with that BUT Dr. looked at his tooth and basically decided that he didn't have everything availible to him to take care of my son. Referred him to a pediatric dentist. I was changed the totally $97 for a referral!!!! I would have completely had no issues if they would've change me $50 since morning was done but him referring us... very disappointed!!!
