Tech that came to my home was not only rude but misleading. He said he would do all three rooms for 157 and ended up charging 198. In my opinion, this is very dishonest and taking advantage of people
John has been out to our home twice. Both times he has done an excellent job on our carpets. He is knowledgable and spends a good amount of time trying to get them as clean as possible.
Called Saturday morning to get a appointment to have my carpets cleaned & they were here Saturday afternoon. They did a awesome job on my old nasty stained carpets. Highly recommend them
They ruined my carpet a few yes ago. Left the carpet so wet it molded, I had to rip my carpet up.
